Art Deco block of rental flats designed by the architect F. Robberechts in 1924 on a plot running through the block, with one façade on Rue de Wautier and another on Rue Van Gulick. Both three-storey façades with two unequal bays are in orange brick, set off with bluestone and white stone, with stepped surrounds to the garage doors, stone lintels with short flutes and upright brick decoration. On the Rue de Wautier side, a trapezoidal oriel enlivens the main bay, while the entrance bay, crowned by a shaped gable, is flanked by broad pilasters with triangular tops pierced by octagonal windows. On the Rue Van Gulick side, the bays are framed by giant pilasters, doubled on the second floor. The joinery has been replaced; the building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
