Art Deco apartment building and leather-goods workshop, designed together in 1925 on a plot running through the block to rue de Wautier, in Laeken. The orange-brick elevations, enhanced with white stone and bluestone above plinths of green sandstone rubble, are enlivened by geometric brickwork, projections and pilasters. At no. 35, the asymmetrical façade has, on the middle storey, a bow window on a trapezoidal plan beneath a terrace with a wrought-iron railing, and openings set within round arches. At no. 37, the former Audubert leather-goods workshop, of a single storey, has a carriage door and a wide window beneath large stepped panels, with a wide central timber dormer. The building is recorded in the inventory.
