House with a remodelled shop on the ground floor, erected in 1934 by the architect Jean Delooz, which contributes to the Art Deco homogeneity of the Carmes district. Its partly painted three-storey elevation is typical of the 'ocean-liner' influence: rounded corners, projecting cornice, flat roof and large metal-framed windows arranged in horizontal bands, interrupted by an off-centre flagpole.
