This office building was designed in 1929 by the architect Joseph Van Neck. Its façade of three bays and four storeys, plus a fifth set back, is faced with white stone. Its Art Deco character comes from the giant pilasters with decorated finials and the fluted spandrel panels. The marble-faced ground floor combines an entrance door and a wide shopfront, both designed with cut-off upper corners.
