Art Deco building with a commercial ground floor, built in two phases between 1930 and 1933 to plans by the architect Fernand De Roy for Herman Haeuptli. The symmetrical facade of seven bays and seven storeys, the top two set back, combines Euville stone with Breton granite on the ground floor. Inside, the granito-floored vestibule bears the initials "H.H." and leads to the Schindler lift placed on the axis of the staircase; on the first and second floors of the first four bays is a double-height shop-workshop lit from above.
