An Art Deco artificial-stone façade designed in 1921 by the architects A. H. Le Marchand and G. Ribaucourt, adapting an existing house. Of two bays and four storeys, it received its mansard roof and dormers in 1931, together with stacked bow windows on the upper floors, similar to the one on the first floor, between fluted colossal pilasters. The wrought-iron railings feature a flower-basket motif. The marble-clad shopfront bears the copper lettering of the F. Daminet pharmacy and houses a neoclassical pharmacy interior.
