An Art Deco commercial building designed by the architect R. Moenaert in 1929, which originally housed a showroom and offices. Its four-storey, three-bay façade, faced with smooth white stone, rises beneath a slate mansard roof framed by projecting copings. The two lower storeys are broadly glazed, with an entrance with a chamfered surround and iron door and, above, a wide tripartite window. A row of corbels underlines the cornice, and three dormers with serrated ridges are topped by a star or a palmette.
