The administrative seat of the liberal trade unions, designed in 1936 by the architect Guillaume Monnier and officially inaugurated on 19 December 1937. It was adapted and extended from 1947-1948 by the architect Robert Rubbens, with the finishing and furnishing entrusted mainly to the Kunstwerkstede De Coene of Kortrijk. The facade combines a blue stone base with yellow brick upper floors. According to the inventory, the building illustrates the stylistic evolution and continuity from the interwar period into the postwar years. It is part of an ensemble protected as a monument.
