Art Deco house with a strong neo-Rococo influence, built in 1927 to a design by the Ghent architect Charles Hoge. Its cemented façade of two bays and three storeys, under a mansard roof, combines a window bay on a moulded base, with a curved oriel on the piano nobile and a dormer with a curved cornice adorned with a man's head and rocailles, with an entrance bay whose mirror-arched doorway is surmounted by a window with an ornate iron railing. The building is recorded in the architectural heritage inventory.
