Art Deco block of flats built in 1927 on the corner of rue du Midi by the architect Léon Govaerts. Built in reinforced concrete faced with imitation stone, it has five storeys and seventeen bays under a flat roof, articulated by stepped pilasters, with a shop ground floor punctuated by fluted pilasters and a deeply projecting cornice underlined by a fluted frieze. The corner, fully glazed and gridded by the glazing bars of the iron window frames, is emphasised; the porch with its curved canopy retains ironwork with geometric motifs.
