Apartment building with Art Deco leanings erected in 1931-1932 to plans by the architect A. Vandaele, with seven storeys and a set-back top floor. The austere imitation-stone façade is dominated by a five-storey trapezoidal projection punctuated by giant pilasters, alternating fully glazed registers with fluted spandrels. The ironwork of the double door, the balcony and the attic balustrades displays concentric circular motifs.
