An industrial building originally used as a warehouse and garage for the Établissements Vanderspek, a textile wholesaler, designed in 1926 by the architect J. Vanderstraeten. The architecture is functional, with a reinforced-concrete frame on four central piers and four storeys under a mansard roof covered in Eternit and lit by skylights. The six-bay facade, in brick and white imitation stone, is extensively glazed, the glazing being set in a remarkable metal framework. The building has been entered on the statutory heritage inventory since 19 August 2024.
