Art Deco apartment building inspired by the Amsterdam School, with a garage on the ground floor extending to the rear, designed by the architect M. Claes in 1925. The symmetrical façade in orange brick with rendered details has three storeys under a flat roof. The ground floor has carriage entrances with horseshoe elliptical arches at the sides and, on the axis, a triangular porch leading to the garage office and to the upper floors. A slender triangular oriel on a brick corbel marks the centre of the façade. The building is recorded in the inventory.
