Art Deco block of flats with a ground-floor shop, built in 1934 by the architect G. Desmet. The elevation has five storeys. The ground floor is faced with black and yellow ceramic tiles, with a metal-framed shop window in a stepped surround, flanked on the left by the private entrance. The upper floors, in red brick with rendered sections, are fronted by two slightly curved oriels; inside, the shop has a mezzanine, and the joinery is partly preserved. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
