Maison Art déco, avenue George Bergmann 16

Art Deco house designed by the architect Em. Thomas in 1935, of two storeys and asymmetrical composition, in yellow brick with bluestone elements. The main bay has a trapezoidal projecting bay topped by a terrace enclosed by railings and brick dies. The mansard roof is pierced by two dormers and a garage occupies the basement. The joinery and ironwork survive, as do the original low walls and railings enclosing the front setback and the garage ramp. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
