Maison Art déco, avenue George Bergmann 14

Art Deco house dated 1934. Its asymmetrical two-storey façade in yellow brick with bluestone elements has a door beneath a canopy and, on the upper floor, a small projecting bay whose brick breastwork extends over the entrance bay to enclose a small terrace. The mansard roof is pierced by two dormers. The original joinery survives, with decorative stained glass on the first floor, and the front setback is enclosed by low walls and railings with an Art Deco motif.
