Maison de maître, avenue Général Bernheim 31

Art Deco town house built following a 1928 permit application, to plans by the architect G. Desmet, who signed and dated the building. The red-brick and white-stone façade has three storeys, with a ground floor entirely in white stone pierced by a carriage entrance, a door and two basket-arched windows. A two-storey bow window, carried on a corbel richly carved with foliage, occupies the main bay; it is topped by a balcony and a large round-arched gabled dormer.
