A large Art Deco building designed in 1922 by the architect-decorator Armand Delalieux for the cooperative society “Le Home des infirmières”. The yellow-brick façade set off with bluestone has four storeys under a mansard and twelve bays on the upper floors, where the windows sit within brick surrounds laid at an angle, forming a geometric interplay of re-entrant and projecting angles that ends in small triangular balconies in front of little loggias. An axial door in a grooved bluestone surround, projecting or stepped brickwork and a modillioned cornice complete the elevation. The window frames were replaced by the architect in 1938; in 1967 the rooms were converted into housing for the elderly.
