Art Deco apartment building designed by the architect Fernand De Roy in 1925. The three-bay, three-storey elevation is in red brick heightened with white stone. The side bays are marked by trapezoidal oriels flanked by pilaster strips. The round-arched glazed door has an iron grille, and the mansard roof has dormers in both its lower and upper slopes, the latter probably added later. The joinery and ironwork are original. The building is recorded in the inventory.
