Maison bourgeoise, avenue Albert Jonnart 14

An Art Deco house signed and dated “Fernand De Roy architecte 1929” on the plinth, set within a particularly consistent row of eclectic buildings. The red-brick façade set off with white stone stacks, above the garage door, a trapezoidal oriel with double cross windows and a second, rectangular oriel with round-arched windows, beneath a wide dormer with colonnettes. The window frames with glazing bars and leaded lights, glazed metal doors, wrought-iron railing and front-garden railing survive. The house is recorded in the legal inventory.
