Art Deco apartment building designed by the architect Paul Snessens in 1922. The ground floor, originally housing a shop and a garage, was converted into a flat in 1935; its bluestone piers are original. The three-bay, four-storey elevation is in red brick heightened with blue and white stone. In the side bays a trapezoidal oriel is topped by a terrace with an iron railing in front of a round-arched triple window; the central bay has a window with a stone mullion. The building is recorded in the inventory.
