Art Deco apartment building designed by the architect Léon Govaerts in 1929. The elevation has four bays over six storeys, with a ground floor in imitation stone and upper floors in red brick, largely rendered. Four oriels run up through the upper floors: trapezoidal in the side bays, triangular in the centre. The door opens beneath a stone canopy and the mansard roof has three dormers; the window frames have been replaced. The building is recorded in the inventory.
