Art Deco tenement building designed by the architect B. Dewaele in 1937. The three-storey elevation is in yellow brick; the upper floors are fronted by an oriel with rounded corners. A widely projecting cornice crowns the façade, and the roof has a large shed dormer. The door, set in a deep stepped reveal, and the upper-floor window frames with glazing bars and coloured textured glass are original. The building is recorded in the inventory.
