Maison Art déco, avenue Auguste Rodin 37

Symmetrical Art Deco house designed by the architect D. François in 1927. On a rubble-stone base, the brick façade is partly rendered on the upper floors. A triangular oriel occupies the central bay, and the original round-arched door is set in a deep stepped reveal. On the top floor, two window breasts are decorated with bowls, and the window frames, with stained glass on the ground floor, partly survive. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
