Art Deco middle-class house designed by the architect Léon Govaerts in 1928. The three-storey elevation, in brown brick, is enhanced with rendered elements. An oriel fronts the upper floors and incorporates, on the second floor to the right, a balcony covered by a canopy. On either side of the façade, brick patterns suggest pilasters with Art Deco finials; the door with its iron grille and the small-paned window frames are original. The house is recorded in the inventory.
