Art Deco apartment building with a commercial ground floor, designed by the architect J. Vanderstraeten in 1932. The four-bay, five-storey elevation is topped by a mansard roof resulting from a later heightening. The ground floor is clad in black tiles and the upper floors in red brick and white render; trapezoidal oriels rise from the first to the third floor in the outer bays, and continuous balconies with parapets topped by ironwork enliven the first and fourth floors. The ground floor has a carriage entrance and two shop windows framing the private door. The joinery, including the small-paned frames, is largely preserved and the ironwork is original. The building is recorded in the inventory.
