Art Deco town house designed by the architect Jeff. Maelschalck in 1925. The three-storey red-brick elevation is enhanced with bluestone, with segmental-arched openings on the ground floor and rectangular ones above. The first floor is fronted by a stone bow window topped by a terrace with wrought-iron railings set between stone posts; it is lit by three paired French windows. The joinery, including the frames with hammered-glass and stained-glass transoms, and the ironwork are original. The building is recorded in the inventory.

Translated from the French original.
