Art Deco town house with an asymmetrical composition, designed by the architect J. Purnelle in 1928. The red-brick elevation is enhanced with bluestone and rendered elements. The main bay is fronted over the first two levels by a trapezoidal oriel topped by a terrace with wrought-iron railings and stone posts; the entrance bay has a window with a triangular-plan frame on the first floor. The door, reached by a flight of steps, lies beneath a continuous canopy, and the façade is crowned by a projecting cornice. The ironwork is original and the joinery, including the stained-glass transoms, partly preserved. The building is recorded in the inventory.
