A group of three similar Art Deco apartment buildings, two of them with shops on the ground floor, designed by the architect Lucien De Vestel for the engineer Henri Michel: in 1932 on Rue des Vétérinaires, in 1933 on Rue des Deux Gares and in 1935 for the corner. The four-storey, flat-roofed façades in yellow brick with emphasised horizontal joints, trimmed with blue stone, are punctuated by oriels and crowned by continuous stepped entablatures. The corner building originally housed a shop on each street and a two-level café, fitted out in 1936 by De Vestel and since altered. The property is recorded in the architectural heritage inventory, without protection.
