Corner building in Art Deco style in Ostend, built in 1928 as the Hôtel Beau Séjour according to the land-registry archives and signed by the Ostend architect André-Louis Daniëls. Sold to the State in 1948, it housed the Ministry of Finance before being converted back into a hotel in 1972; it is now the Hôtel-Résidence Lido. It is a protected monument.
