Corner commercial building whose core dates from the last quarter of the nineteenth century, given an Art Deco façade facing in 1930 (as indicated in the corner bay). It has six and four bays on either side of a canted corner bay and three storeys under a tiled roof; the two left-hand bays, of four storeys, have a flat roof and a stepped parapet. Above the altered shopfront, the cemented facing with false joints, under a dentilled cornice on brackets, is pierced by rectangular windows with fluted parapets and floral Art Deco motifs, including in a stepped tympanum. The roof has been raised by one storey; the building is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
