Two linked terraced houses over cellars, of two bays and two storeys under broken-pitch gable roofs, built to plans of 1935 by the architect A. De Gavre, whose name appears on small plinth stones. Their Art Deco façades, one in brown brick and the other in red brick, combine a narrow, vertically accented door bay with, to its right, a horizontally lined section whose upper floor forms a bay window. Brown faience tiles are used decoratively. The rounded forms of the corner pier and bay window of number 74 contrast with the stricter forms of number 76. The houses are recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
