Former shop building in the Art Deco style, built to a 1929 plan by the architect Th. Desmet (Ghent). The ground floor is now a garage. The single-bay upper floor has a trapezoidal bay window and a balcony in front of a wide French window. It is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
