Art Deco house signed 'architect Decordier/ Oudenaarde', after a plan of 1928. Of two bays and three storeys under a tiled gable roof, it combines a narrow door bay on the right with a wide projecting window bay on the left. It is built of red brick enriched with rendered bands and with door and window surrounds of characteristic stepped form, on a bluestone plinth; the openings have mitre arches and the surviving joinery has leaded glass. A projecting timber cornice rests on brackets. Inside, doors with leaded glass and cement-tile floors survive. It is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
