Two-storey Art Deco house under a mansard roof, signed by the architect R. Delgutte and built to his 1932 plan. It is built of flat dark brick on a bluestone plinth, with a rendered band at the level of the bay window and the upper window. The surviving joinery has colourful Art Deco leaded glass in the transoms; the glazed iron door, with a wrought-iron grille, is set in a stepped surround under a concrete canopy. Inside, doors with leaded glass and a mosaic floor survive. It is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
