Two identical Art Deco houses built to a repeating scheme, after a plan of 1933. They are built in dark, flat brick laid in a decorative bond on a bluestone plinth, enlivened by white-painted cement parts. Each has an oriel-like window bay with flower boxes in the spandrels, crowned by a balcony and a dormer under a pseudo-pediment; the door is set between square pillars with an Art Deco flower motif. The joinery and leaded glass are preserved; the houses are recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
