A rental house with a ground-floor shop in the Art Deco style, the result of the 1929 refacing by the architect François Cobbaert of an 1896 house; the architect signed on the rue Archimède side and the plasterers Smets et Vekemans on the rue Franklin side. The three-storey rendered elevation under a mansard roof has a canted corner bay containing the shop door, fronted by polygonal balconies with geometric ironwork railings, and a final corbelled bay on rue Franklin. The Art Deco ornament is characteristic and the old window frames survive.
