Immeuble à appartements Art déco, rue des Guildes 3

An Art Deco apartment building of 1928 with a symmetrical four-storey elevation, recorded in the inventory. The façade is partly cement-rendered and partly in red brick, some laid on end. The recessed door, with a stepped reveal beneath a cornice, is flanked by two windows. Two trapezoidal oriels on geometric corbels form terraces with wrought-iron railings, and the openings on the ground and top floors have canted upper corners. The original project provided for five storeys.
