Three-façade Art Deco villa, designed in 1936 by the contractors Van Deuren & fils. The two-storey elevation under a hipped roof is in brick set off with rendered elements. On the street side, a basement garage is topped by a small trapezoidal bay that carries a terrace. On the side façade, the door shelters beneath a canopy resting on columns, preceded by front steps bearing the inscription "Les Roses"; the railings, gate and garden fence are original. The villa is recorded in the inventory.
