Art Deco apartment building with shops on the ground floor, designed by the architect Denayer in 1932, on the corner of Avenue Edmond Parmentier and Rue Kelle (no. 202). Above a blue-stone plinth, the four-storey brick elevation is set off with imitation-stone elements and crowned by a broad cornice. On each street, three bays are fronted on the upper floors by an oriel on a trapezoidal plan; one of the shops opens in the canted bay, while the entrance to the flats is on Rue Kelle. The joinery of the upper floors has been replaced, that of the shop windows partly survives. The building is recorded in the inventory.
