Villa Art déco, avenue Edmond Parmentier 129

Three-facade Art Deco villa dated 1936, of two storeys with a corner turret. The rendered facades stand on bases faced with a mosaic of multicoloured ceramic tile fragments; piers, bases and window sills are clad in glazed ceramic tiles. The entrance is through a round-arched porch, with an open-work door flanked by a small window. On the upper floor the original loggia has been enclosed and replaced by an oriel; on the side facade, glazing-barred windows are fitted with stained glass with floral motifs. The villa is recorded in the inventory.
