Maison Art déco, rue Kelle 97

Art Deco house of asymmetrical composition, dated 1932. The brick elevation, enhanced with rendered elements, rises beneath a pseudo-mansard roof and is pierced by openings with canted corners. A trapezoidal oriel rests on a stepped corbel and carries a terrace with side walls and a cast-iron railing; one French window is T-shaped. The window frames with glazing-barred transoms and hammered glass survive, while the garage door has been replaced; the house is recorded in the inventory.
