Villa Art déco, Welseweg 21 — Knokke-Heist

An Art Deco villa built in 1929 to designs by the architect Jules Smekens. The fully rendered brick building uses tiles and brick accents at the entrance. The building was extended with a front façade section resting on two pillars, and the original window divisions survive. The villa is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
