Villa Doux Séjour — Knokke-Heist

The "Doux Séjour" villa, in the Art Deco style, built in 1933 to designs by the architect Raymond Heyneman. It retains its original materials: unpainted brick, glazed tiles on the terrace columns and a thatched roof. A voluminous play of roofs and façade sections with arches define the different sides of the building. The villa is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
