Three-façade villa in the Art Deco style, designed in 1926 by the architect Gustaaf Van Meel for A. Bruyns; the inventory describes it as still clearly Art Deco, before the architect's move to brick modernism in the 1930s. Of two storeys under a tall slate roof, it has façades combining red brick and painted rendered sections. The front façade, of two unequal bays, is marked by its tall mitre-shaped window bay, with a bay window and a parabolic French window on the first floor; the entrance bay unites a round-arched door and a narrow staircase window in a continuous rendered field, partly stepped. Despite alterations to the joinery and ironwork, the design remains recognisable. The villa is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
