Town house in a simple Art Deco style, designed in 1926 by the contractor Alb. Haepers (name poorly legible in the file) for Ch. Stevens and Philippe Kinet, among the first houses on the Venneborglaan in Deurne. The two-bay, three-storey façade in red brick on a bluestone plinth is dominated by a large three-sided bay window over two storeys, with five-light windows in white natural-stone frames. The original Art Deco front fence, a wrought-iron railing between stylised bluestone piers, survives. The building is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
