Villa Art déco, drève du Bonheur 26

Small three-facade villa of two storeys under a hipped roof, designed in the Art Deco style in 1927 for the owner Pierre Hauwaert. The main facade, in flamed brick enhanced with stone and imitation-stone elements, has a narrow entrance bay flanked by two wider bays. The right-hand bay projects forward and houses a garage; the left-hand one features a trapezoidal oriel on the ground floor beneath a terrace. The upper-floor windows have trapezoidal heads, the right-hand one set within a frame of multiple recesses. The window frames are original; the building is recorded in the inventory.
