Art Deco house, designed in 1935 by the contractor Albert Verbist. Above a blue-stone plinth, the two-storey, two-bay asymmetrical elevation is in red brick set off with imitation-stone elements. The door, slightly recessed in a stepped arched reveal, is topped by a bas-relief and retains its original ironwork. The left-hand bay is fronted by a projection on a trapezoidal plan crowned by a terrace with a masonry parapet and railing, beneath a wooden cornice on paired brackets. The house is recorded in the inventory.
