Detached Art Deco villa in the Streamline (ocean-liner) manner, designed by the architect Le Haen in 1937. The two-storey building under a hipped roof, in yellow brick enhanced with blue stone and concrete, has on its front a semicircular projection pierced by ribbon windows with colonnettes, and a tall flat-roofed volume housing the stairwell, lit by a tall corner glazed panel. A flight of entrance steps with a curved corner under a flat roof on a column, a stepped bay of oculi and a flagpole complete the vocabulary. The glazed metal door is preserved; the villa was extended at the rear in 1941 and 1961 by the architect Albert Demesmaeker. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
