A detached Art Deco-inspired villa, signed and dated 1939 by the architect Edmond Rotsaert on a pillar of the front fence; the same architect signed the neighbouring villas the previous year. The two-storey building, in yellow brick set off with bluestone and rendered elements on a base of multicoloured sandstone rubble, has on its front façade a turret-like projection with ribbon windows beneath a through dormer gable with spherical finials. On the side façade, the twin entrance doors are flanked by small columns faced with black ceramic with a gold band, and the large stairwell window frames an Art Deco stained-glass panel depicting a fountain; another stained-glass window, on the upper floor of the front façade, depicts fish. The building has been recorded in the statutory inventory since 19 August 2024.
